Work-Station Cranes are used for stand-alone service in a particular area on the plant floor, or can be used in conjunction with higher capacity overhead cranes. They are especially ideal for areas that otherwise have no structure for suspending a system.

Work-Station Cranes occupy minimal space and can easily be expanded. Another system can be added laterally from the same support system. As opposed to jib cranes, work-stations cover a far greater plant floor surface area.

Work-Station Cranes provide an ease of movement due to their low-friction rolling resistance, in turn eliminating many of the body movements that can cause workplace injuries and compensation claims.

TRC supplies and installs Work-Station Cranes from 1/2 Ton to 3 Tons Capacity as free-standing systems or, if adequate building structure exists, suspends them from overhead steel. Systems can be supplied without header beams as well as with them, without sacrificing the system’s stability.
